Technical Specifications

Drawing : Manufacturing rolls according to the drawings you provided, if you can’t offer this , we’ll send technician to measure at site.

Flute profile : Suggesting standard flute profile to you, or referencing your parameter on base of reasonable range.

Raw material: 50CrMo thick forged alloy steel (military cannon material )

Heat treatment: Gaining rolls hardness HRC 60±2 after induction treatment.

Regrinding: Applying CNC machine for precise flute regrind, this machine is equipped with Germany SIEMENS control system and Japan NIKON angular division.                  

Coating: Spraying tungsten carbide or plating chrome coating. Thickness of tungsten carbide is 0.06mm and thickness of chrome is 0.10mm. Hardness of Tungsten is over HV 1150 and hardness of Chrome is over HRC 67.

Polish: Polishing automatically to gain high degree of smoothness. Rough surface is main reason of Broken paper.

Inspection: Be inspected by three-coordinate measuring machine (picture 1) and be tested by test machine (picture 2), then ensure problems be found before shipment.

Service & Assurance

Factory Report:Every roll we manufactured has one and only factory report, you can find real data on this document.

Dos & don’t: We edit dos & don’t document and send to you with goods, lifetime will be longer on right working way. We visit your factory to check rolls condition and point out something incorrect or abnormal.

After service: You can send email to us or our authorized distributor when you met problems in production, we solve issue by email first, if can’t be solved by email we’ll send engineer to solve at your factory. We don’t need the wage any more but please pay for the air ticket and supply the food and accommodation. 

We’ll take rolls back and regrind for free if it is really a big quality problem.
